Statements

Who is considered elderly varies by socio-economic contexts. Where possible, we should incorporate that context to allow for a range of ages -- e.g. one might be too old to comfortably do strenuous physical labour, but still able to do more cognitive work. Absent such context, we adopt the age limit of the United Nations, meaning people over 60.
